Collection: Uptec

Type: Raised flooring

Uptec is revolutionary pedestal system for raised floors.‎ It is the complete and patented solution for the installation of terraces, balconies and rooftops applications.‎ The system is in compliance with the EPD CERTIFICATION, assigned to products that comply with the canons for reducing environmental impact.‎ Through numerous studies it has been shown that Uptec has a benefit of over 70% on the environmental impact calculated in terms of equivalent carbon dioxide, compared to a traditional solution with bonded tiles.‎ Uptec is a complete and revolutionary 3 in 1 system that allows the creation of raised floors using only 3 basic codes: SUPAL, SUPAS AND SUPAR.‎ To these 3 products 3 interchangeable heads are added: SUPA2 - to create 2 mm (5/64”) joints SUPA4 - to create 4 mm (5/32”) joints and for the installation of tiles or decks on joist (SUPAAN) SUPAW - for installing wood on a wooden beam.‎ Heads are equipped with a sound dampening membrane.‎ Uptec is a patented system that allows you to switch from a fixed head to a self-leveling head through a simple mechanism, allowing you to compensate up to 5% of the slope.‎ In addition, it was tested at an ultimate tensile strength of 14 kN (3,000 lbs) at room temperature.‎ The logistical advantages of always having a single stock available for each size, use and application result in a space saving of over 80% compared to traditional systems.‎ The advantage of the installer, on the other hand, is that of being able to accommodate, with only 3 products, all construction site situations where the measurements taken do not correspond to the actual ones and therefore being able to intervene easily by adding or removing a component.‎ The system is equipped with complementary accessories for installation: SUPACLPB - base clip, SUPACLPT - head clip, SUPCLPP - perimeter spacer, SUPAAN - joist complete with accessories, SUPAF59X59 - anti-fragmentation membrane, and a complete series of perimeter profiles (BORDERTEC BSJ and BORDERTEC BSR) which allow raised floors to be finished in an elegant and safe way through profiles and perimeter edges.‎ Dimensions: SUPAL: adjustable from 28 to 43 mm (1 3/32” to 1 11/16”).‎ On the head it is possible to apply the accessories SUPA2, SUPA4 or SUPAW.‎ SUPAS: adjustable from 43 to 58 mm (1 11/16” to 2 9/32”).‎ On the head it is possible to apply the accessories SUPA2, SUPA4 or SUPAW.‎ SUPAR: + 30 mm (1 3/16”).‎ Stackable ring used in conjunction with the standard support, SUPAS 58mm.‎ It allows an increase in the overall height of 30 mm (1 3/16”) for each mounted ring.‎ The advantages of a raised floor.‎ The installation of raised floors offers advantages that go beyond the simple aesthetic function.‎ They are in fact ideal for hiding pipes and electrical systems, they favor the outflow of rainwater, offer resistance to loads out of the ordinary and the ease of inspection makes the system versatile and safe.‎ The supports are ideal for creating raised outdoor floors such as balconies, gardens, swimming pool edges, verandas and public places.‎
