TUCROMA By i 4 Mariani
Collection: Tucroma
Designer: Guido Faleschini
Manufacture year: 1971
Type: Cantilever upholstered chair with armrests
The Tucroma chair, re-edition of a great success from 1971 by the architect Guido Faleschini, is still today among the most requested pieces of the i4 Mariani collection for its linear and innovative shapes at the same time. The simplicity of the structure enhances what is the heart of the company tradition, the processing of saddle leather and soft leather. In fact it has a chromed or painted tubular steel structure aimed at giving the whole an effect of continuity in the lines and great seating comfort. The cushions made of soft leather or fabric, both for the backrest and the seat, are connected to each other via two wide saddle leather straps. Due to its essentiality, Tucroma is perfect for both professional and residential environments and is available in a wide range of colors and finishes. 4 Mariani takes up an original 1971 project by architect Guido Faleschini to add the missing product, the bar stool, to the successful Tucroma family of furnishings. Still today a symbol of avant-garde for its innovative shapes and the original combination of materials, saddle leather and soft leather, combined with the shine of the chromed steel of the tubular structure.
