Type: Technical aluminium stair nosing with anti-slip strip
STAIRTEC SA is a full body aluminium product designed to ensure safety steps thanks to the carborundum anti-slip strip on its surface. This profile is ideal to apply on a pre-laid covering of industrial and/or commercial areas. It is suitable for restructuring jobs for compliance with safety norms. This profile can be either glued - the grooves on the lower side ensuring a perfect anchoring to the adhesive - or bolted with screws, which will be later covered by the carborundum strip. Two important factors must necessarily be considered in the construction and installation of stairs: safety and finish, with the most appropriate choice of materials. The use of profiles on each individual step makes it possible to satisfy both needs, speeding up laying times and allowing any type of covering to be used and finished with aesthetically valid solutions, without the need for special pieces, which are not always available. We offer a wide range of technical stair nosings, suitable for all types of coverings and perfectly compliant with current EU safety regulations, with non-slip certification, making them ideal for renovation and retrofitting of public buildings. Guaranteed safety, thanks to the non-slip surfaces on each profile. Optical definition of the edge of each step, clearly identified in terms of width. Thanks to the profiles, the edges of the step will also be strengthened at the most fragile point and most exposed to mechanical stress due to the passage and will therefore be more resistant over time.
