Cascade MACS® system with electronic control unit for immediate dhw production on large installations.‎ APPLICATION: MACS® module produces instantly D.‎H.‎W.‎ with high flow rate even if there is installed a small power thermal generator.‎ EXCHANGER, MATERIAL: Copper primary pipes, Stainless steel 316L DHW sanitary circuit; brass fittings and valves.‎ Stainless steel 316L brazed plate heat exchanger.‎ PPE module case housing and insulating the exchangers circuits.‎ MACS® modules are used for the instantaneous production of DHW with high flow rates and efficiencies without the need for storage.‎ This provides numerous advantages such as reduced space requirements, hygiene, ease of installation and maintenance, and reduction of Legionella risk.‎ CORDIVARI proposes the management of several MACS® systems in cascade, allowing to cope with high demands of DHW through the battery management of 2 to 5 MACS® modules .‎ The system manages through the electronic control unit the operation of each module according to the demand of DHW from the user.‎ The cascade configuration is also able to manage the eventual presence of a sanitary recirculation loop and allows to benefit from all the advantages provided by the MACS® modules even in systems that require large flow rates of DHW.‎ By using the MACS® module in combination with one or more puffers, technical water will be stored instead of DHW.‎ This adds to the advantages listed above, a higher efficiency due to the possibility that the technical water is stored at quite high temperatures, which is not possible if DHW is stored instead, as well as a guarantee of hygiene of the DHW supplied.‎
