Meltdown - Floor lamp with diffused light, diffuser in coloured glass mouth-blown on a mould.‎ Table and floor lamps structure: iron tube and plate, matt varnished in black colour cable and lamp-holder in black colour Diffuser: coloured transparent glass Ø 26,4 x 29,5 cm with diffuser lock in matt black painted aluminium Diffuser finish - six different colours available: VT1amber, VT2 tobacco, VT6 pinK, VT5 amethyst, VT4 light blue, VT3 dove Notes Bulbs not included - Halogen bulbs suggested max 60W 230V for lamp holder E27 Available cable length for hanging lamps: 2,5 mt Linear hanging version can be clustered to create different compositions The glass of this lamp is a unique piece, it is the result of the antique art of Italian Glass Makers.‎ Any air bubbles or colour differences, common in handmade glass products, are to be considered qualities In this product, the illuminating function has become a pretext for the creation of an object with a markedly bold personality; the celebrated Meltdown lamp by Johan Lindstèn is available in three options: a floor, table and suspended version.‎ The base of the floor version has either five or eight diffusers, the table lamp has one.‎ For the hanging version there are four different formats (single, a cluster with 4 diffusers, a cluster with 8 diffusers and linear with 3 diffusers), The diffusers of all of these lamps have a distinctive spherical form made from coloured pâte de verre glass that has been mouth-blown into a mould.‎ The palette includes the following shades: amber, tobacco, rose, amethyst, light blue and dove grey: the purchaser can order the spheres in a single colour or in a pre-set mix of hues.‎ The glass used for this lamp is a one-of-a-kind expression of the ancient art of masterful glassmakers; any small air bubbles or variations in the colour intensity are due to the artisanal craftsmanship and represent a valuable addition.‎
