‘The latest product by Scab is Lisa lounge, a distinctly contract armchair whose enveloping seat and backrest give a truly surprising comfort. The coffee table, reversible, becomes a tray. Lisa lounge and the coffee table complete the rich and successful collection of chairs and barstools presented last year.’ Marcello Ziliani Hardly ever a chair finds immediate success, most often the product must go through a natural maturation. It was not the case for Lisa, designed by Marcello Ziliani: presented in 2018 in the chair, armchair, and barstool versions, it has been chosen even for international projects since its market launch. Today, to meet new demands, the range expands with the lounge version, a generously sized seat. Base finishes: coated, satin brass effect, glossy black nickel. Upholstery: fabrics, imitation leather, and velvets (ecru, chestnut, green, brick red, light blue, and teal). Also fireproof. Padded seat and backrest with curved plywood core. Tubular steel frame Ø 16 mm. Lisa reflects the sophisticated tone that infused interior decor in the ‘50s and ‘60s. Its shape inspires a sense of reassuring warmth, retro charm and memories of home. The enveloping and comfortably upholstered seatback and seat make Lisa the ideal complement to a living room or contract setting. The lightweight but strong metal structure heightens the visual sense of lightness. Lisa comes in two versions: chair, armchair and stool.
