Type: Rectangular solid wood dining table
Inspired by a 16th-century furnishing model, the solid wood table LIRA recalls the flavors of a past era. The supporting structure is composed of "lyre-shaped" molded solid wood legs, which take their name for the shape inspired by the old musical instrument. Some characteristic details of the object are the painted raw iron elements: the spurs, used in the past for fixing the bending legs of the tables. The parquet top, embellished by the insertion of different solid wood planks, recalls a Renaissance style. The richly detailed design finds a contemporary note in the proportions of the thicknesses.
