ITO 016 is a dual-function transforming system with a foldaway double bed, a fold-down opening mechanism and a sliding, reclining seat, with an integrated retractable footrest.‎ Opening the bed, the seat moves forward and the backrest reclines, automatically positioning beneath the bed.‎ Fully removable covers.‎ Padded with graduated polyurethane foam and synthetic fibre rounded edges.‎ The double bed is always ready for use and features the innovative CF97 slatted bed base with an extruded aluminium frame and integrated adjustment system.‎ The bed is opened and closed with a fixed or extendable handle positioned on the front shelf.‎ When the bed is opened, the shelf tilts to provide a support for the bed on the ground; due to this tilting system, there is no need to remove objects placed on the shelf.‎
