GINGER chest rediscovers the suggestive power of wood, reshaping tradition through the search of unusual pairings of shapes and textures.‎ The design lines are inspired by the creative Caribbean architecture but by respecting only two dimensions.‎ Equipped with three wide drawers, the chest of drawers is made of solid wood with surface finishes that let its true nature shine through.‎ The steel details awaken the material veins of wood exposed by the superficial sandblasting of the saw cut.‎ The handmade weathered steel handles respect the winding shapes of the profiles and recall a past time that gives a timeless power to the object.‎
