The colour of these new "Raw" versions is taken from a most sober palette, where grey, red and yellow predominate. As a counterpoint, the braided handles give piece a homely touch. Like its predecessors, they are conceived as textile vases that gives ordinary plastic bottles a new lease of life. We like bright and lively spaces. We enjoy product design, graphic and art. We love small details and nature is one of our sources of inspiration. And so, after mixing this hodgepodge of concepts, we have given birth to Flower Power, an original collection of textile vases. These cheerful vases are decorative items to make cheer anyone up, either covering a vase of flowers, or, why not, as an ornamental element by itself. Always with a lot of art. In addition, Flower Power is also an alternative for recycling as they have been conceived as textile vase that gives a new lease of life to ordinary plastic bottles. Flower Power’s first edition features a range of prints. On one side, Valiente, Relax, Banana Guys and Urban Jungle are illustrated by the artist Egle Zvirblyte. On the other hand, we find the Estudio Sancal graphic proposals: an elegant and sober Monochrome version with black and white prints, the irreverent Rumba, sending up the political situation in Spain and the simplicity of Grid that simulates tiles. The sublimation printing technique maintains the colours’ intensity, while the selected fabric, a composite of industrial felt, provides consistency and a rough texture that gives them a warm appearance. Durable, light, functional and esthetical, we are delighted with the end product, but the real fulfilment has come from working together as one creative team. What’s more, the vases provide a canvas for illustrations from Estudio Sancal or collaborating artists, hence the & Co. Flower Power are part of COSAS, a collection designed to bring a ray of Spanish sunlight into your life.
