TECHNICAL INFORMATION - Shelves: in reinforced MDF honeycomb coreboard, 50 mm thick, gloss lacquered in the colours White or Granite or compound rosewood veneer, gloss transparent polyester lacquered. - Vertical supports: gloss lacquered in the colour Pewter, with a special "thousand stripes" finish on the outer side. - Backs: in MDF honeycomb, 50 mm thick, gloss White or Granite lacquered to match the gloss Rosewood shelves or matt compound Rosewood veneered to match the gloss White or Granite lacquered tops. The bookcase is equipped with adjustable feet. More than a bookcase, an architectural construction, with a facade that calls to mind classic grace. Thick, shelves create a decidedly horizontal pattern, interrupted here and there by vertical metal segments that create an irregular and eye-catching division of the space. The architectural formality of the project is complemented by an equally passionate quest for the finest and most unusual materials, creating a fascinating contrast. Thus the sheen of the polyester lacquered palisander and the glossy White and Granite lacquer finishes contrasts beautifully with the muted severity of the metal, finished in a fresh new “mille righe” design in Pewter color, created by the Minotti Studio. To make the interplay of positive and negative space even more striking, it is possible to add back panels in White and Granite glossy lacquer finish or matt lacquered palisander. Dalton transforms the archetype of the bookcase into a prominent element in the living room, enhanced with highly decorative ornamental elements that are far removed from any form of excess or ostentation.
