Description
CLP 240 By PROFILITEC
Collection: Multiclip LVT
Type: Flooring profile
CLP 240 Patented perimeter profile for LVT floors requiring an expansion gap – the internal 12mm cavity allows the underlying flooring to move more than ±4 mm. Eliminates the need for baseboards, guaranteeing the expansion and perimetrical fastening of the floor. May be used as entrance mat framing and in front of sliding doors. Anodized Aluminum Aluminum anodized in silver, gold and bronze, the profiles are particularly versatile and can be matched with all floor surfaces. Assemble with Clip X + Aluminum base X. Wood Laminated Aluminum Highly resistant wood effect aluminum profiles, with elevated resistant to abrasion, similar to that of tiled surfaces. The elegant and uniform wood covering is also resistant to stains. Assemble with Clip X + Aluminum base X. The covering is resistant to tear and chemicals agents. Covertec SP9 is a joint profile for LVT floors with thickness of 4.5mm. Zerotec ZR50 is a joint profile for LVT floors at different levels with thicknesses from 0 to 5mm. Stairtec SVT is a stair nosing profile for 5mm, non-slip LVT floors. Multiclip LVT is a patented system that provides a complete series of profiles for LVT floors (4-6 mm) that can be used to solve transitional situations between floors of the same thickness, floors with different heights and to laterally edge floors that need expansion. The patented Multiclip LVT system (4-6 mm) is an addition to the traditional Multiclip patented system (6-20 mm) and offers an attachment system: Resistant Through the system metal base - plastic clip - metal profile, shocks and stresses are absorbed by the plastic part, without damaging the attachment in the metal parts, ensuring a long life of the system. Adjustable Thanks to an interference fit system, the plastic clip allows the height of the system to be adjusted from 4 to 6 mm, covering the entire application range of thin floor coverings and LVTs. Flexible The metal base - plastic clip - metal profile system is designed for maximum strength and flexibility (up to +/- 1.5 mm) to cushion shocks but also to compensate for coplanar surfaces where the transition is not at the same level. The plastic clip and top profiles can also be combined with the Multiclip series (6-20 mm). The range of wood-effect LVT profiles (14 models) are made with an innovative high-strength coating that, compared to traditional ranges of wood-effect profiles on the market (usually coated with films or adhesive papers), allows for levels of resistance that can be certified through the PEI tests usually used to determine the resistance of ceramic floors. The coating is resistant to chemicals and tear-resistant.
