Calcite is a Floor lamp with base in machined steel and stem in ribbed Epoxy black lacquered steel.‎ The head of the lamp is in polished white Carrara marble.‎ Black electric cable.‎ Foot-operated switch/dimmer.‎ Supplied with 1 x 16 W LED module giving off 1,280 Lumens or the equivalent of a 95 W incandescent bulb.‎ Colour temperature 2700 (warm white).‎ THIS LIGHT CONTAINS INTEGRAL LED LIGHTS OF ENERGY CLASS A+.‎The combination of technology with a noble rock creates an attractive tension between the eternal nature of the stone and the obsolescence of technology.‎
