The Borghi sink by Gumdesign was born in 2020 from the meeting of two opposing materials: cork, completely natural, and Cristalmood, a clear resin developed by antoniolupi. To unite the two materials where sustainability and the reference to the colors of Tuscany. After having enclosed the landscapes of Tuscany into one sink, in 2021 antoniolupi enlarges the Borghi collection aiming at customization. Next to cork and Cristalmood appears Colormood, the new ecological resin with a soft touch finish. A material that, with the velvety and soft to the touch surface it combines perfectly with the natural material of cork and the transperancy of Cristalmood. From the mix of these three materials four combinations are now possible: • Cork base and Cristalmood sink • Cork base and Colormood sink • Colormood base and Cristalmood sink • Both base and sink in Colormood with the possibility of using the same sink or combinig two different colors. Not only. If we add to the three materials the 13 colors of Colormood, 17 colors of Cristalmood and 2 for finishes of cork, the combinations make it possible to obtain 300 versions of the same sink. An infinite amount of solutions thought out to satisfy every design taste and need.
