BORDERTEC BBS-BCS - Perimeter profile for the finishing and protection of the external cement borders with un upper edging trim designed to frame also the tiled surface where it is laid flush with the screed. The system visible part is curved so as to “bell cast” serving as a water drip element and also protecting DRAINTEC 8 membrane laid under the screed and over the waterproofing layer. Leave the necessary space between the different elements for the thermic expansion covering the gap with the jointing pieces. A complete range of multifunctional perimeter profiles for balconies and terraces, in Aluminium painted in different colours and in steel, designed to replace common marble thresholds and 'L' shaped ceramic elements. These profiles can fulfil many functions including those of connection, containment, protection, water drainage or even just as an aesthetic detail. They are easy to install and the available fittings and joints are designed to integrate perfectly with the rest of the profile. In addition, some lend themselves to the function of edge finishing in combination with raised floor supports.
