Atlas Concorde recaptures the timeless elegance of stone to create a selection of striking surfaces: Boost Mix. The collection reinterprets Ceppo di Gré, a material that has been highly valued for centuries in Italian and European architecture. It is a sedimentary rock extracted from the mountains overlooking Lake Iseo in northern Italy. Its particular "dynamic" appearance is given by the presence of irregular shapes, shading, and dimensions, welded together by the underlying limestone base. The name "ceppo" probably derives from a term in the Milanese dialect: cepp, which means “rock with pebbles". Boost Mix features a wide selection of modular sizes for interiors (120x120 cm, 60x120 cm, 60x60 cm, 30x60 cm) with a matte Sensitech finish, the new technology developed using a patented production method in Italy that combines high anti-slip grip with an unrivaled soft touch, ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance. The range is completed by the large 120x278 cm format with a 6 mm thickness (ideal for interior surfaces and furnishings) and the Grip and Outdoor solutions with a 20 mm thickness, ideal for exterior paving in perfect stylistic continuity with the interior floors and walls. The colors of Boost Mix were designed to be matched with the shades of the concrete-effect porcelain tiles of Boost and Boost Pro. To achieve a realistic effect similar in every way to ceppo di Gré, three neutral shades were chosen: Ivory - Light tone leaning towards beige, almost neutral in its delicacy. It recalls the colors of the Boost White and Boost Pro Ivory tiles. Pearl - Light gray with a slight difference between the base and the fragments, elegant and timeless. It goes well with the concrete-effect surfaces of Boost Pearl and Boost Grey and conveys an extremely natural effect. Smoke - Strong gray with a contemporary allure. Used in combination with light-toned surfaces, it creates interesting chiaroscuro effects. It recalls the colors of the Boost Smoke and Boost Tarmac tiles.
