The ineffable shapes of clouds, their fleeting, variegated presences, transformed into graphic signs on a black canvas.‎  The light, delicate pattern of the Cloudy wood features the contrast of the black background with the intervals of ivory stripes, suggesting the evocative visions of Japanese artworks.‎ Nature is the focus of the research conducted in the new collaboration with GamFratesi.‎ The inspiration comes from ukiyo-e, the Japanese genre of woodblock prints and paintings, concentrating on the movement and interaction of the material to reproduce an instant of nature.‎
